BEAVER FUN DAY – THIS SATURDAY

Dear Parents,

A reminder that it is the County Fun Day at Bramhope this Saturday 20^th July

Please arrive at Bramhope at around 10.00 and go down the main drive to the turning point, unless you are staying and need to park. If possible, could adults staying on site share transport, or got dropped off if at all possible, as parking will be a nightmare!

Beavers need to be in uniform for this event; if it is hot they should just wear Beaver polo shirts and neckers and put their Beaver sweatshirt in their bag, as it may get cooler later on.

In their bag they need a packed lunch, and a full drinks bottle is also essential. This MUST be unbreakable! Water will be available all round the site to top up their bottle. A sun hat and sun cream should also be brought, along with a waterproof raincoat – just in case.

Any medicines must be named and handed to me or another 10^th Airedale leader, and must state the dosage.

At this stage, medical/consent forms for Beavers and adults will have been handed in to me. Anyone who has not yet paid the £10 must do so by Saturday, and preferably before. Any cheques are to be payable to CYCSC.

Please collect your child at about 6.00pm from the same place that you dropped him/her off. Please check then that he/she has all belongings, which should have been clearly named!
